Meet at 7:00 AM at the Quil Ceda Village Walmart lot west of Marysville (I-5 exit 200). Park away from the store, to the east, near Quil Ceda Blvd. (next to I-5). Canada still is not a viable trip option, so we will get as close as we can to check Blaine Harbor and Semiahmoo for Long-tailed Ducks, White-wing Scoters, Black Turnstones, Harlequin Ducks and more always is a treat, plus stops at Birch Bay and other hotspots. Pack a lunch.
